SERVICES INCLUDE:

Application submissions and uploading all documents.
All Home Office fees and disbursements will be paid by the applicant.
Fees for Home Office change from time to time and can be checked on the Gov.UK website.

STAGES OF APPLICATION:

First, the authority letter gets signed. Then we do an ID check/passport check for verification.
Once payment of our fees is made, we provide a client care letter and get started with the application once documents are provided to us.
We then prepare the file (it takes 1-4 weeks approx. depending on the complexity of the case) and submit the file.
After submission, we await a decision according to government guidelines (vary between 1 week – 12 months depending on complexity of case and Home Office service purchased)

TIMESCALES:

Our team will complete the process once all documents are received. The process will be completed in 1-4 weeks. According to the service chosen the Home Office will respond with a decision anytime between 1 week and 12 months. Timescale for Home Office can be seen on the Gov.uk website.
